Semi-Finals Day at the Wimbledon Club
It’s an all-Egyptian final in store at The Wimbledon Club, as Youssef Soliman and Karim Abdel Gawad triumphed in contrasting semi-finals.
Soliman, the eight seed, came through a five game thriller against fifth-seeded compatriot Mazen Hesham, while Gawad beat Baptiste Masotti – a fellow 9/16 seed – in straight games to return to the final of the event he won in 2019.
